Meatball Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 Tbsp Ineda Rub
  • 3 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup. milk
  • 2/3 cup unseasoned dry breadcrumbs

Bourbon Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp Ineda Rub
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 ounces bourbon (can be eliminated if preferred)

Cooking Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Combine beef and pork in a large mixing bowl. Add Ineda Rub, onion, and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and milk together until blended. Add breadcrumbs and stir to combine.
  • Add egg mixture to the meat and mix gently with a spatula.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop out the meat mixture and roll into roughly 1.5 inch balls.
