Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Ineda Rub
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Italian Seasoning
- 1 lb Ground Venison or Lean Ground Beef
Cooking Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
- Use a spoon (or ice cream scoop) to portion meatball servings to achieve an even size (about golf ball size).
- Space evenly on a 12x16” baking sheet.
- Cook on the center rack for 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite noodles and pasta sauce.
