Venison Meatball Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Tbsp Ineda Rub
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Italian Seasoning
  • 1 lb Ground Venison or Lean Ground Beef

Cooking Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
  3. Use a spoon (or ice cream scoop) to portion meatball servings to achieve an even size (about golf ball size).
  4. Space evenly on a 12x16” baking sheet.
  5. Cook on the center rack for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with your favorite noodles and pasta sauce.
